"Before the session with Ruth my biggest frustration was not having any time for myself, feeling tense, exhausted and overwhelmed, with lots of physical aches and pains. I wasn't sure I would be able to commit to the session at all with my family responsibilities, but I had a session in the evening after my daughter was in bed. I was also concerned about the logistics of an online session, such as not having enough room at home, and not being able to see my laptop screen easily as I moved around, but Ruth put me at my ease straight away, and her guidance was so clear and thorough that I found I didn't need to see the screen anyway. I was worried there wouldn't be the same kind of human connection online as there would be in person, but Ruth's personality still came through really well and it felt like she was in the room with me. She has a wonderfully calm, soothing manner and makes the whole process very easy. She is completely sensitive to your individual needs and will tailor the session just for you.
